Women Together Period, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free menstrual products to people experiencing period poverty in north Georgia. We are focused on ending the stigma of menstruation by speaking about it openly, providing people with access to education about menstruation, and providing women in need with free period products.
We aim to provide a “pad bag” containing a one-month or three-month supply of menstrual products to people who need them by partnering with local churches, food pantries, schools, and more. By talking about periods, promoting education and acceptance, and providing women with the resources they need to properly care for their periods, we are confident that we will have a positive impact on many women’s lives. We want to ensure that no one in our community has to choose between having enough food or having enough pads. Period.
